Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

Complimentary white-glove delivery is included with every order to the contiguous United States. This includes professional handling and full insurance. Optional services such as assembly, upper-floor access, stair carries, or special delivery requirements may incur additional charges. If applicable, any additional costs will be clearly communicated and approved with you prior to processing your order. When applicable, international shipments may also be subject to customs duties and taxes.

Canada - Free Shipping

U.S.-stocked items: Complimentary white-glove delivery to Canada is included, with assembly excluded.

Custom and made-to-order items: Complimentary white-glove delivery is included. Optional services such as assembly, upper-floor access, stair carries, or special handling may incur additional charges. Customs taxes, along with any applicable duties and brokerage fees, are the customer’s responsibility. A customs broker will be required to clear the shipment, and our team will coordinate directly with your broker prior to arrival to ensure a smooth delivery.

International Shipping

We deliver to major cities around the world. Whenever possible, international pricing includes all applicable customs taxes, duties, and standard delivery costs. For custom orders or specific destinations, please contact us for a personalized shipping quote.

Please note: Some countries may have additional import requirements, taxes, or fees beyond our control. In such cases, our team will contact you in advance to ensure a smooth delivery.

Shipments can be delivered directly to your commercial or residential address, or to a port for pickup, depending on your preference. Some countries may require a Customs broker to process and clear your shipment.

Standard Lead Times

• U.S.-stocked items: Ship within 2–3 business days

• Factory-stocked European items: Typically 5–9 weeks

• Custom-made furniture from Europe: Approximately 12–16 weeks

Stock and availability are always confirmed prior to order processing.

Expedited Shipping

For certain orders, we can offer expedited shipping:

• Locally stocked products in the U.S. typically process and ship in 2–3 days.

• Custom, quantity, or special orders can sometimes ship within the same week production is completed.
