The Costume Sofa, designed by Stefan Diez for Magis, is a revolutionary modular seating system combining contemporary design, sustainability, and complete configurability. With a sleek 4 mm-thin shell crafted from recycled and recyclable polyethylene, this Eco-conscious sofa offers a robust yet lightweight structure ideal for today’s dynamic living spaces.

Each Costume module features a fully removable, washable fabric cover, secured with an intuitive system of elastic loops for easy dressing and undressing. Choose from three premium upholstery categories — Fidivi One, Torri Lana Dato, and Kvadrat Uniform Mélange — and mix with vibrant connector colors in orange, blue, or black for a look that’s uniquely yours.

From armchairs and loveseats to expansive sectional arrangements, Costume adapts to any lifestyle, whether you’re creating a cozy reading nook or an inviting social hub. All parts — from cushions to armrests to connectors — are designed to be individually replaceable, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance.
