Shipping & Delivery
Yes. Complimentary white-glove delivery is included with every order to the contiguous United States. This includes professional handling and full insurance. Optional services such as assembly, upper-floor access, stair carries, or special delivery requirements may incur additional charges. If applicable, any additional costs will be clearly communicated and approved with you prior to processing your order. When applicable, international shipments may also be subject to customs duties and taxes.
U.S.-stocked items: Complimentary white-glove delivery to Canada is included, with assembly excluded.
Custom and made-to-order items: Complimentary white-glove delivery is included. Optional services such as assembly, upper-floor access, stair carries, or special handling may incur additional charges. Customs taxes, along with any applicable duties and brokerage fees, are the customer’s responsibility. A customs broker will be required to clear the shipment, and our team will coordinate directly with your broker prior to arrival to ensure a smooth delivery.

Lead Times & Availability
U.S. (east coast warehouse) - stocked items: Ship within 2–3 business days
Factory-stocked European items: Typically 5–9 weeks
Custom-made furniture from Europe: Approximately 12–16 weeks
Custom, quantity, or special orders can sometimes ship within the same week production is completed. Please contact us for expedited arrangements or special delivery requests.
