RETURNS and DAMAGED RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to us and we are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online business.
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. Please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would then issue you a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) based on our review of your order and reason for return.
Packages should be inspected at delivery. If there is visible damage, please reject the shipment. Please make sure the driver notes damage(s). Driver should then contact Modern Palette so we can file for a damage claim with the shipper and request for a prompt replacement.
If merchandise was sent incorrect or defective. please send an e-mail to email@example.com. Items must be returned unused and in their original factory condition, including all packing materials, instructions, manuals, inserts, any warranties and accessories. Provide additional packaging material if outer carton is worn or torn. Please ship returns through a reputable shipping company. Tracking numbers and insurance will be required for a safe return. Most products will be returned directly to the manufacturer. COD deliveries will not be accepted. Any merchandise condition other than NEW may be refused and not credited. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. The return must be post-marked within 7 days of receiving the item.
Certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please call us. Additionally, no returns can be accepted on special or custom orders.
If the return is not due to incorrect or defective merchandise, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to the shipper. Items must be received by shipper in NEW condition for a refund less return shipping charges. Our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products or our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition, some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where round trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
