Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide 100% free white-glove delivery to contiguous U.S. states and Canada, including insurance and U.S. import tariffs.

What does "U.S. import tariffs included" mean?
We cover all U.S. import tariffs and duties on your behalf. That means the price you see is the price you pay — no surprise fees at delivery. This applies to all shipments to the contiguous U.S.

For Canadian and international customers: Import taxes and customs duties may still apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to major cities worldwide! Please note that international taxes, customs duties, and broker fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. We can deliver to your port for pickup or directly to your home or commercial address.

What are your typical delivery times?

• Locally stocked items ship within 2–3 business days from our U.S. warehouse.

• Custom-made furniture from Italy typically takes 12–16 weeks for production and delivery.

• We can expedite custom orders to ship within the same week they finish production.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery. For damaged items, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email photos and order details to sales@modernpalette.com. Some items (like special orders and sale merchandise) are non-returnable — please see our full Returns Policy for details.
