We offer 100% free shipping on all purchases over $149 to US contiguous states and Canada.

Do you ship Internationally?
Quick and Easy Global Shipping: We deliver to all ports in major cities. Let us know if you are interested in purchasing for import to your country. Please remember your country may or may not levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on the purchase that you'll be responsible for. We can ship by air or ocean to your port where you will pick-up items or direct to your commercial or residential address.

What are standard lead times?
Domestically stocked products ship out within 2-3 days, while made to order custom furnishings from Europe will take anywhere from 12 to 16 weeks to your door and 5 to 9 weeks for items readily in stock at factories.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt with 7 day returns on damaged deliveries. Just send us an e-mail (and pictures) at sales@modernpalette.com. We would then issue you a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) based on our review of your order and reason for return. Please note that some products do not allow returns, mainly due to their good quality control, sufficient packaging and generous warranties. All sales are final on sale items, special orders and seasonal goods. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

Can you expedite shipping?
While most of our products are custom built to your specifications, we do have products in stock, locally here in the US. Please note that it usually takes 2-3 days for orders to process and get out the door. We will confirm delivery details with you. Custom, quantity and special orders ship out to you within the same week of finished production. Let us know when you need any special shipping arrangements.
