Gandia Blasco was born in Ontinyent (Valencia) in 1941. It started with the production and manufacture of blankets, an activity that continued for 40 years with considerable success.

 

With the arrival of Jose A. Gandia-Blasco to the company, the activity began to diversify. in the early 1990s, the company started with the production of other textile products, such as carpets and bedspreads. With the help of Marisa Gallen and Sandra Figuerola, designers, the image of the make was reshaped and the first products with a strong design component were launched.

 

GANDIA BLASCO enriches the variety and style of the products with the diverse languages of the designers working with them.

 

The company is currently represented in nearly 75 countries, by means of dsitribution lines or with own shops and showrooms in New York, Milan, Istanbul, or Madrid, and many other cities. The company will be also represented in Puerto Rico and Palma de Mallorca soon.
